Appointments!

  • How many people do I need to attend the event?
    Already published dates can be attended by a minimum of one person. The dates can be found on the website under Book now or Events.
  • Do I have to buy tickets online?
    You can also make a reservation by phone and you do not have to pay in advance.
  • My date is not listed. Can I book on other dates?
    From 20 people we open a new booking day. If you are under 20 people then we can reserve you and open the booking day at 20 people. You can open a booking day at any time for groups of 20 or more.
  • What time does the event start?
    Admission begins at 7:00 p.m. The program starts at 20:00 End is approx. 23:00 You are welcome to stay seated longer. These times apply unless otherwise agreed.
  • When should I be there?
    We recommend arriving around 7:30 p.m.
  • Do I have to choose my menu before the event starts?
    Please let us know which menu you have chosen one week before the event.
  • Can I choose 3 course and 6 course menu among participants in the same group?
    Please choose between 3 or 6 course menus per group. Each participant can then choose from the following menus: 6 gears Prime Rib Menu Suckling Pig Menu Vegan menu Vegetarian menu
  • What is an FAQ section?
    With an FAQ section, you can easily answer frequently asked questions about your business, such as “Where are shipping options available?”, “What are the opening hours?”, or “How can I book a service?”.
  • Why are FAQs important?
    FAQs provide website visitors with quick answers to frequently asked questions about your company. They also make it easier to navigate the website.
  • Where can I add my FAQ?
    You can add FAQs to any page of your website or app.
  • How does the interaction with the guests work?
    The interaction is voluntary; no one is forced to participate in the program.
  • I don't want to participate in the interaction, is that possible?
    Please let us know by phone, email or WhatsApp. We respect every decision.
  • How many guests are affected by an interaction.
    For every 100 people, usually 3-4 people participate in the interaction, on a voluntary basis.
  • How do I add new questions and answers?
    To add new FAQs, follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs in your website admin or editor. 2. Add a new question and answer. 3. Assign your FAQ to a category. 4. Save and publish. You can come back and edit your FAQ at any time.
  • Can I add an image, video or GIF to my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media, follow these steps. 1. Manage FAQs in your website admin or editor. 2. Create new FAQs or edit existing ones. 3. In the reply text box, click the video, image or GIF icon. 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I remove the title “Frequently Asked Questions”?
    You can edit the title in the FAQ Settings tab in the editor. To remove the title in your app, open the Website & App tab in your Owner app and adjust it.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept all credit cards and EC cards as well as PayPal and all business cards. Payment in cash is possible at any time and payment on account is possible for companies against signature.
  • Is payment by invoice possible?
    Payment on invoice is accepted for companies.
  • May I cancel my reservation ?
    Please contact us by phone or email for binding reservations, the cancellation fee for complete cancellation is 50%
